Why Hypnotherapy for Anxiety?

We all feel overwhelmed from time to time, but the ongoing experience of anxiety limits the life you were meant to live. In the simplest sense, anxiety is fear. Your fear may seem irrational to you or to others. It may come with physical side effects like body tremors, chills, hot flashes, nausea, or heart palpitations. For more than 16 years we have built up our treatment toolkit and there is substantial research documenting the benefits of our methods in this area. We use a unique combination of life coaching, relationship coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy in a single 3 to 4 hour session to help you to identify and overcome your triggers, so you can get on with enjoying the life you want.

Sessions uniquely combine Neuro Linguistic Programming, Relationship Coaching, Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy in a 3 to 4 hour single session either online or face to face.
